I created The Xergy Group for a single purpose:

TO CHANGE MY LIFE BY HELPING OTHERS CHANGE THEIR LIVES!

IT'S WORKING!

I created the Xergy Group to consciously improve every single aspect of my life so that I could work collaboratively with others in their own pursuit of happy-ness.  Almost daily, my life gets better!  In some areas, improvement comes quickly and dramatically while in other areas, positive change comes more slowly and inconsistently.  Most importantly, my sense of life reaches ever deeper levels and my gratitude for the gift of life grows immeasurably!

I'm able to make improvements in my relationships, my well-being and my personal happiness in nearly direct proportion to my ability to create XERGY, which is to say my ability to focus myself on taking action in the ETERNAL PRESENT instead of just trying to think my way to a brighter day!

It is certainly true that our thoughts ultimately create our reality, but only if we understand that we are both the builder and the architect of our lives.  At some point, the life we creatively design in our dreams must be manifested in our reality.  As a builder, we must shift our execution paradigm from "maybe someday" to "right-now-at-this-moment"!
